Recruiters driven by metrics are motivated by the wrong reasons and actively choosing to do business with a team of aggressive robots just doesn’t sound appealing.
We believe it only takes one good experience, combined with consistency, to fix that mentality. There’s a sea of us out there filling your inboxes and while we never claim to be better than anyone else - because we’re big believers that the Salesforce staffing field is big enough for everyone to play - we do celebrate the fact that we’re different. Skeptical? Excellent - we like a good challenge.
